Lu Over the Wall (Yoake tsugeru Ru no uta)
In a quiet fishing village, Kai, a talented but isolated teenager, spends his days uploading his songs to the internet. When his classmates invite him to join the band, their practice attracts the attention of Lu, a mysterious mermaid whose legs appear when she hears music and whose singing forces humans to dance uncontrollably.
