A Muzzarell (2024) tells the story of Daniele, a rebellious 14 year old teenager from Castel Volturno who is trapped in a drug addiction. He was with his best friend Lucio, trying crack for the first time. However, Daniele's life becomes more complicated when her seriously ill grandmother lives 40 km away in Bagnoli.
