And when his girlfriend, Mia, runs off with Daniel, who is older, taller, and more handsome than Jens—and even a culture editor and DJ!—Jens' world is shaken. Jens has almost given himself over completely to grief and eternal loneliness when a new plan emerges: he will win the world and love with his poetry.
